Scam stopped in the nick of time [Reupload]

Apologies for re-uploading this video, but I accidentally left in some personal details of the victim and I sincerely apologize for this.
Sometimes I get the opportunity to stop scams, but this one was cutting it very fine.
You'll see a variant of the refund scam and one victim that I managed to stop, but it was too late for someone else. I've passed as many details as I can to the victim and the Faridabad police.
